17. Block Bookings
Cheques should be made payable to The Driving
Schoolsw, you can choose to pay your instructor directly for a
block booking of lessons. If you pay your instructor directly for
a block book The Driving Schoolsw will not be held responsible
for any discrepancies over lessons.
Pay pal (on-line payments)
lessons paid for via Pay Pal must be taken within
3 months of the payment date. If lessons are not taken no refund
will be given. Please contact The Driving School sw if you have
exceptional circumstances
Cash or Cheque payments
Lessons paid for by cash or cheque must be taken within 3 months
of the payment date. If lessons are not taken no refund will be
given. Please contact The Driving School if you have exceptional
circumstances.
Refunds are only available for lessons that have
NOT been taken as part of a block booking. Pupils will be asked
to sign for their pre-paid lesson as authorisation that they have
taken the lesson.
Refunds will incur a £20 administration fee and
this will be deducted from the remaining balance.
Any refund will be given in the form of a
cheque.
Gift vouchers
The first lesson must be taken before the expiry
date on the gift voucher
We do not offer any refunds on gift vouches
Special Offers
The Driving School reserves the right to change
any offer at any time
The first free 1 hour lesson offer is only
available on your first lesson with The Driving School
First lesson free does not apply to intensive
courses
Recommend a friend - pupils
currently learning with The Driving School can recommend their
friends to us. For every friend you recommend you will receive a
£5 gift voucher towards a driving lesson or from the choice of £5
vouchers on our web site
To benefit from this you must have yourself
completed at least 5 hours of lessons and are continuing to learn
with us. Once your friend has completed their first 5 paid hours
of lessons and are continuing to learn with us you will receive
your free1 hour lesson for recommending The Driving
School.
There is no limit to how many friends you can
recommend.
Recommend a friend - Pupils who
have passed their test with The Driving School
Once you have passed your test you can still
recommend friends to The Driving School, fill in the Recommend a
Friend form on our web site and request a £5 gift voucher( there
are 4 to choose from)
Once your friend has completed their first 5 paid
hours and continues to learn with us your will receive your
voucher through the post.
The Driving Test
The Driving School ensures all tuition vehicles
are maintained to the highest standard. In the unlikely event of
any sort mechanical failure or breakdown whilst on your driving
test The Driving School cannot be held responsible for the
termination of the test and the loss of test/lesson fees
